THE FEAST OF TABERNACLES

(Ro. 15:3-6, 2 Tim. 3:14-17, Hosea 12:10, 1 Cor. 10:1-11)

1. The Feast of Tabernacles was the culminating festival of the year and the children of Israel were to gather together in Jerusalem and dwell in booths for seven days. Remembrance of their fathers pilgrimage eras, the present enjoyment of reunion and rest, sharing the fruit of labor and the promise of future blessing all had focus during this time. The people, recent participants in the Day of Atonement activities, could keep the feast with a glad sense of their acceptance before their bountiful God (Ex. 23:16, Lev, 23:34-44, Deut. 16:13-15).

2. The spiritual children of Israel, the members of the Body of Christ, have become the corporate temple or dwelling place of God, for His seed and Spirit have become operative in the life of the One who has-required His preservation and lordship. Although rebirth or regeneration has taken place in the hearts of many, the “new creature” has not yet sufficiently matured and so the Church organism is travailing in labor awaiting the deliverance of mature sons of God (Eph. 4:4-6, 1 Cor. 3:16-17, 1 Pet. 1:23, Jas. 1:21, 1 John 3:9, John 16:20-21, Ro. 8:l6,23, Rev. l2:l-5).

3. The prophetic fulfillment of the Feast of Tabernacles for this age will be the touch-down of the Lord, Jesus Christ, the King of kings, and the Lord of lords, upon the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem. His Bride and Household will accompany Him and this event will enable the inauguration of an era of righteous rule and government on earth for those nations who agree to participate (Zech. 14, Rev. 19).

THE FEAST OF TABERNACLES

The Lord spoke to Moses and said, “Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, ‘On the fifteenth of this seventh month is the Feast of Booths, for seven days, to the Lord. On the first day is a holy convocation; you shall do no laborious (unnecessary) work of any kind. For seven days you shall present an offering by fire to the Lord. On the eighth day you shall have a holy convocation and present an offering by fire to the Lord; it is an assembly. You shall do no laborious work.”‘ Also, “On exactly the fifteenth day of the seventh month; when you have gathered in the crops of the land, you shall celebrate the feast of the Lord for seven days, with a rest on the first day and a rest on the eighth day. Now on the first day you shall take for yourselves the foliage of beautiful trees, palm branches and boughs of leafy trees and willows of the brook; and you shall rejoice before the Lord your God for seven days. You shall thus celebrate it as a feast to the Lord for seven days in the year. It shall be a perpetual statute throughout your generations; you shall celebrate it in the seventh month. You shall live in booths for seven days; all the native-born in Israel shall live in booths, so that your generations may know that I had the sons of Israel live in booths when I brought them out from the Land of Egypt. I am the Lord your God. (Lev. 23:34-36, 39-43).

The last of the annual festivals took its name from the injunction that the Israelites who participated were to “live in booths for seven days” during its celebration. These booths, after the establishment of the sanctuary at Jerusalem, were erected in the open places of the city, on the roofs and in the courts of the houses, in the precincts of the Temple and in the open country outside the walls. The feast was kept in the seventh month, which, by reason of the number, was sacred. It was at the close of the agricultural season, when all the products of the year from grainfield, oliveyard, vineyard, and fruit trees were garnered. Hence the name “Feast of Ingathering, “under which it was instituted (Ex. 23:16, 34:22).

The Feast of Tabernacles began on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, Tishrei, and was celebrated during seven days. An eighth day, one of solemn assembly, was added to the festival; however, the requirement to dwell in booths did not extend to this day. The feast occurred shortly after the Day of Atonement and the people, having recently participated in the atonement requirement, could then keep the feast with a glad sense of their fitness to commune with their bountiful God.

It is significant that this feast of exultant praise and joy came immediately after a time of solemnity and fasting. This was, and is, the order of the Lord. He desired His people to feast and delight in singing and dancing and celebrating their blessings; but this joy was to be an innocent joy, highly spiritual in character, even though expressed with the use of natural beauties and bounties which He had given them. Ezra reminded them of this “joy of the Lord” when he reestablished the feasts; ‘and when all the people were given to understand that the Lord was “feasting” with them.

Elaborate ceremonies were subsequently added to those prescribed in the law for the festival. At the time of the morning sacrifice the people took the branches of palm, myrtle and willow intertwined and with fruit in their hands, returned to the Temple, and marched around the altar of burnt offering once on the first six days and seven times on the seventh day. In this connection was sung the Hallel, Psalms 113-118. In another daily custom during the festival, at the time of the morning and evening oblation, a priest filled a golden vessel with water at the Pool of Siloam and carried it to the Temple, where it was received with trumpet blast and a recitation of the words of Isaiah 12:3. “Therefore you will joyously draw water from the springs of salvation.” It was mixed with the wine of the sacrifices and, while priests blew trumpets and Levites played on instruments and sang psalms, was poured out beside the altar. From there, it flowed through a conduit into the Kidron Valley. It was also customary in the evening following the first day of the festival, and perhaps on subsequent evenings, to illuminate the Court of the Women in the Temple from two lofty lamp stands, each supporting four immense lamps which threw their light not only into the court of the Temple, but far and wide’. over the city Then the Levites, stationed on, the steps of the court, again rendered instrumental music and sang psalms. And a dance was performed by prominent laymen and priests.

For the nation of Israel, the Feast of Tabernacles was to be a time, of unity and joy and of restoration and promise. The ceremonies looked back to the time, of their fathers’ pilgrimage and tent-dwelling, to the present in their enjoyment of the fruit of their labors and to the future promise of greater blessing.

These celebrations took place in the days after the temple was built. Not much is recorded about the original festivities of Tabernacles, but we have the assurance that the entire seven days were spent in praise, thanksgiving and rejoicing. The last day of the feast, the eighth day, was a holy convocation like the first, and was observed with prayer, singing, and suitable solemnity.

Solomon was directed to dedicate the Temple at the time of the Feast of Tabernacles. “And all the men of Israel assembled themselves to King Solomon at the feast, in the month Ethanim (Tishrei), which is the seventh month. ” (I Kings 8:2). The description of this dedication is one of the most meaningful accounts in the Old Testament, due to its prophetic significance. “And when the priests came forth from the holy place (for all the priests who were present had sanctified themselves, without regard to divisions); and all the Levitical singers (Asaph, Heman, Jeduthun, and their sons and their kinsmen), clothed in fine linen, with cymbals, harps; and lyres, standing east of the altar, and with them one hundred and twenty priests blowing trumpets in unison; when the, trumpeters and singers were to make themselves heard with one voice to praise and to glorify the Lord, and when they lifted up their voice accompanied by trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and when they praised the Lord saying, ‘He indeed is good for His loving kindness is everlasting,’ then the house, the house of the Lord, was filled with a cloud so that the priests could not stand to minister, because of the cloud, for the glory of the Lord filled the house of God.” (2 Chron. 5:11-14)

In one prophetic application, the “presence” of the Lord, which became resident within the tabernacle in the wilderness, and later within the temple which Solomon built, symbolizes the fact that the spiritual children of Israel, the members of the Body of Christ, have become the individual and corporate “temple” or dwelling place of God. This takes place after His seed and Spirit have become operative in the life of the one who has required His Preservation and Lordship. It is of significance in this regard that Jesus attended the Feast of Tabernacles and prophesied on “the great day of the feast”. “If any man is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being shall flow rivers of living water.”‘ (John 7:37-38). These words of Jesus are to be understood in the context of the water ceremony performed during the feast which was a prophetic foreshadow of the salvation available through Jesus Christ. “Therefore you will joyously draw water from the springs of salvation. (Isa. 12:3). “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give to the one who thirsts from the spring of the water of life without cost.” (Rev. 2l:6). “I am the light of the world, he who follows me shall not walk in the darkness, but shall have the light of life.” (John 8:12). Again, these words of our Lord are to be considered in connection with the elaborate dances performed during the festival in the Court of the Women and illuminated by a number of immense lamps which, apparently, provided light to be seen by the entire city.

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world; but that the world should he saved through Him. He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the judgment, that the light is come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the light; for their deeds were evil. For everyone who loves evil hates the light, and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who practices the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God.” (John 3:16-21). “For a little while longer the light is among you. Walk while you have the light, that darkness may not overtake you; he who walks in the darkness does not know where he goes. While you have the light, believe in the light, in order that you may become sons of light. (John l2:35-36). ‘I have come as light into the world, that everyone who believes in me may not remain in darkness.” (John 12.46) “We must work the works of Him who sent me, as long as it is day; night is coming, when no man can work. While I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” (John 9:4-5). The long “night” of the spiritual darkness of the historic Church, following the “day” of spiritual light during Jesus’ ministry and during the period of the very early Church, has almost run its course. Unmistakably, the new day, the millennial “sabbath” is about to dawn.

In the dawning of the millennial “sabbath”, a larger prophetic fulfillment of the Feast of Tabernacles for this cycle of ages will celebrate the great ingathering of souls as unity and power are restored to that remnant of the Church brought into sufficient maturity. This unity is to come about as the result of the ministry of the Holy Spirit whose instructions are to guide each Christian into such maturity and ministry. The work will be augmented by the Spirit’s urging in certain God-chosen ministries in the Body of Christ. “And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for doing the work of service, to the building up of the Body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming. (Eph. 4:11-16) The “ascension gifts,” the ministries in the Body of Christ, are instrumental in the process of bringing saints to a position from which they can then perfect the members of the Body. These saints are to minister until all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect (spiritually matured) man.

The perfection of the saints into maturity (understanding and conformance) then, is just as awesome and mysterious as the growth and development of the members of the human body from birth unto manhood and just as real. The Body of Christ, therefore, is to nourish and edify itself through its many members. Just as the human body has within itself the God-given and God created ability to grow, to develop, to heal its own wounds, and to reproduce itself; so the Body of Christ, by means of its spiritual’ faculties, has the God-given and God-created power to grow into holiness, to develop and mature into sonship, to heal its own sin-wounds, and to bring forth sons of God.

At sometime, during the period from the reaping of the Harvest-fruits through the Feast of Tabernacles in the same year, will occur, for the Bride and the Household, the festive “marriage supper of the Lamb.” When Jesus was on earth, He indicated that He would again sup with His children in the kingdom of God. “And when the hour had come He reclined at table, and the apostles with Him. And He said to them, ‘I have earnestly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer; for I say to you, I shall never again eat it until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.’ And having taken a cup, when He had given thanks, He said, ‘Take this and share it among yourselves; for I say to you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine from now on until the kingdom of God comes.’ And having taken some bread, when He had given thanks, He broke it, and gave it to them, saying, ‘This is My body which is given for you, do this in remembrance of Me.’ And in the same way He took the cup after they had eaten, saying, ‘This cup which is poured out for you is the new Covenant in my blood.'” (Lk. 22:14-2O) “Blessed are those slaves whom the master shall find on the alert when He comes, truly I say to you, that He will gird himself to serve, and have them recline at table, and will come up and wait on them. If he comes in the second watch, and in the third, and finds them so, blessed are those slaves. (Lk. 12:37-38). “Let us rejoice and be glad and give glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come and His wife has made herself ready. And it was given to her to clothe herself in fine linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. And he said to me, ‘Write, Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.’ And he said to me, ‘These are true words of God.”‘ (Rev. 19:17-18).

Also, at sometime during the same period of time, from the reaping of the Harvest fruits through the Feast of Tabernacles in the same year, will occur, for the rebellious on earth, the judgmental “great supper of God.” “And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried out with a loud voice, saying to all the birds which fly in mid heaven, ‘Come, assemble for the great supper of God; in order that you may eat the flesh of Kings and the flesh of commanders and the flesh of mighty men and the flesh of horses and of those who sit on them and the flesh of all men, both free men and slaves, and small and great.”‘ (Rev. 19:17-18).

The final phase of the “coming” of the Lord as it is symbolized by the “watches” as recorded in Mark 13:35 is to take place at the time of the Feast of Tabernacles. The final watch, which was from three to six, is referred to by Jesus as “in the morning.” This is when the Lord comes with “many thousands of His holy ones, to execute judgment upon all, and to convict all the ungodly of all their ungodly deeds they have done in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.” (Jude 14-15). “It is the personal, visible return of the Lord that causes the final bowl of wrath to be poured out, for “He treads the wine press of the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty.” (Rev. 19:15), “He is to be revealed from heaven with His mighty angels in flaming fire, dealing out retribution to those who do not know God and to those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus.” (2 Thess. 1:7-8) The Lord will arrive, “with power and great glory, His “glory” being seen by those on earth who have survived the atomic holocaust which rages throughout the seven bowls of wrath. What the inhabitants of the earth will actually see first is the “Sign of the Son of Man in heaven” (Matt. 24:30). This is the “glory cloud” which will begin to be seen after He gathers His elect just before the final bowls of wrath.” It will be this supernatural light of the Lord and the glorified overcoming armies, appearing in the sky that will cause “all the tribes of the land to mourn.” Finally, they shall see the “Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky with power and great glory.” (Matt. 24:30). The “clouds” which accompany Him are the elect who will have been gathered previously, and who appear with Him in His manifestation of great glory. “And I saw heaven opened; and behold, a white horse, and He who sat upon it is called Faithful and True; and in righteousness lie judges and wages war. And His, eyes are a flame of fire, and upon His head are many diadems; and He has a name written upon Him which no one knows except Himself. And He is clothed with a robe dipped in blood; and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies, which are in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, were following Him on white horses. And from His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that with it He may smite the nations; and He will rule them with a rod of iron; and He treads the wine press of fierce wrath of God, the Almighty. And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written, King of kings, and Lord of Lords.” (Rev. 19:11-16).

In the account of the seventh and last bowl of the wrath of God it is written that “there were flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder; and there was a great earthquake, such as there had not been since man came to be upon the earth, so great an earthquake was it, and so mighty.” (Rev. 16:18). This “great earthquake” will be caused by the touchdown of the Lord, Jesus Christ, upon the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem. This event will be the prophetic fulfillment of the Feast of Tabernacles for this age. “Behold, a day is coming for the Lord where the spoil taken from you will be divided among you. For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle, and the city will be captured, the houses plundered, the women ravished, and half of the city exiled, but the rest of the people will not be cut off from the city. Then the Lord will go forth and fight against those nations, as when He fights on a day of battle. And in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, which is in front of Jerusalem on the east; and the Mount of Olives will be split in its middle from east to west by a very large valley, so that half of the mountain will move toward the north and the other half toward the south. And you will flee by the valley of My mountains for the valley of the mountains will reach to Azel; yes you will flee just as you fled before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah King of Judah. Then the Lord, O My God, will come, and all the holy ones with Him! And it will come about in that day that there will be no light; the luminaries will dwindle. For it will be a unique day which is known to the Lord, neither day nor night; but it will come about that at evening time there will be light. And it will come about that in that day living waters will flow out of Jerusalem, half of them toward the eastern sea and the other half toward the western sea; it will be in summer as well as in winter. And the Lord will be king over all the earth; in that day the Lord will be one and His name one. ” (Zech. 14:1-9). As a result of this great earthquake there shall be shakings and eruptions throughout many changes in the topography of most land masses. Islands and mountains will literally disappear (Rev. 16:20). The continuing effect of atomic heat, causing great amounts of water to be vaporized and frozen in the heights above, results in the formation of huge hail stones which “came down from heaven upon men,” and even in their agonies, the unrepentant “blasphemed God because of the plague of hail, because its plague was extremely severe.” (Rev. 16:21).

There is yet a final aspect to consider in regard to the seventh bowl of the wrath of God. The Scripture indicates that “the great city was split into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. And Babylon the great was remembered before God, to give her the cup of the wine of His fierce wrath.” (Rev. 16:19). The “city” which is divided into three parts, represents the three aspects of the world-wide system of Babylon: the religious, the political and the commercial. “Babylon” is the symbolic designation of all that is of man; his ways and his works, which hinder the unfolding of God’s plan. That which is of man, apart from God, always brings tyranny and oppression in one way or another. For millenniums man has suffered the inhumanity of man by means of the iniquitous systems known as “Babylon.” Therefore, will Babylon be remembered before God and be required to drink the cup of the wine of His fierce wrath. Again, if the outworking of the prophetic Hebrew Festival pattern remains consistent, it will be at the time of the Feast of Tabernacles, in the year the Harvest fruits are reaped, that the Lord Jesus will physically descend to earth. The prophet Haggai, during the time of this festival spoke the off-quoted prophecy. “For thus says the Lord of hosts, ‘Once more in a little while, I am going to shake the heavens and the earth, the sea also and the dry land. And I will shake all the nations; and they will come with the wealth of all nations; and I will fill this house with glory,’ says the Lord of hosts. ‘The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,’ declares the Lord of hosts. ‘The later glory of this house will be greater than the former’ says the Lord of hosts, ‘and in this place I shall give peace’ declares the Lord of hosts.” (Haggai 2 6 9) It is also significant, in regard to this season that the prophet Zechariah, speaking particularly of the days following the Lord’s return to earth, declared that the nations would be required to go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles. (Zech.14:16-21).

The return of the Lord, as He literally “tabernacles” with man on earth through the administration of His glorified saints, will inaugurate an era of righteous rule and government for those nations which agree to participate. A remnant of each of all nations will be protected and preserved through the bowls of the wrath of God. They are the ones who have in some measure called on the name of the Lord that they might be preserved in western nations, where a larger portion of the population is Christian, many more will be preserved from death. After the Kingdom administration is inaugurated, then shall righteousness begin to flourish, and the knowledge of the glory of the Lord shall begin to fill the earth as the waters cover the sea. (Heb. 2:14).

“Therefore leaving the elementary teaching about the Christ, let us press on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, of instructions about washings, and laying on of hands, and the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. And this we shall do, if God permits (Heb. 6:1-3).

CONCLUSION

The Word of God is replete with patterns of time and event that shed the essential light necessary to understand and prepare for useful participation in the purposes of God. The Lord has provided the earthly that understanding might be developed which would lead to preparation for the heavenly (John 3:12, Ro. 1:20). The Lord has given His children patterns (dramas, similitude’s, parables, types, symbols), through the Scriptures and in personal experience, which represent spiritual reality so that, as they are able, they will understand (Ro. 15:3-4, 2 Tim. 3:14-17, Hosea 12:10, I Cor. 10:1-11, Mk. 4:2, Heb. 8:4-5. Matt. 13:10-17, John 16:25).

There is much veiled truth in the Word of God. It is not veiled in the sense that it cannot be understood, but because it is kept secret in the councils of the Lord until the time comes for the needed portion to be made known by revelation of the Spirit. “The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our sons forever, that we may observe all the words of this law.” (Deut. 29:29). In His infinite wisdom the Lord knows that mankind in general, and each individual specifically, is ready to receive only small portions of truth at a time. For this reason has He veiled much truth in dramas, similitudes, parables, types and symbols, lest man receive illumination before he is ready to accept the weight of responsibility that goes with understanding, and precipitate himself into judgment. Those who are ready to receive more will be given that opportunity.

All the patterns in the Word are in harmony and present interlinking aspects of the Father’s master-plan for His family. The Hebrew Festival pattern has provided a framework wherein some detail in regard to the Lord’s redemptive work may be studied. A modicum of truth has been presented relative to this awesome subject so it should be understood that much additional illumination is needed.

“Grace to you and peace from God our Father the Lord Jesus Christ. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before Him. In love He predestined us to adoption (placement) as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved.

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace, which He lavished upon us. In all wisdom and insight He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His kind intention which He purposed in him with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times, that is, the summing up of all things in Christ, things in the heavens and things upon the earth. In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to His purpose who works all things after the counsel of His will, to the end that we who were the first to hope in Christ should be to the praise of his glory. In Him you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation–having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is given as a pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of His glory. For this reason I too, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which exists among you, and your love for all the saints, do not cease giving thanks for you, while making mention of you in my prayers; that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead, and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in the one to come. And He put all things in subjection under His feet. and gave Him as head over all things to the Church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all. (Eph. 1:2-23)

“I will not leave you as orphans: I will come to you. After a little while the world will behold me no more; but you will behold me; because I live, you shall live also. In that day you shall know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you. He who has My commandments, and keeps them, he it is who loves Me; and he who loves Me shall be loved by My Father, and I will love him, and will disclose Myself to him. Judas (not Iscariot) said to Him, ‘Lord, what then has happened that you are going to disclose Yourself to us, and not to the world?’ Jesus answered and said to him, ‘If anyone loves Me, he will keep my word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him, and make Our abode with him. He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine, but the Father’s who sent Me. These things I have spoken to you, while abiding with you. But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you. Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful. You heard that I said to you, I go away, and I will come to you. If you loved Me, you would have rejoiced, because I go to the Father, for the Father is greater than I. And now I have told you before it comes to pass, that when it comes to pass, you may believe. I will not speak much more With you, for the ruler of this world is coming, and he has nothing in Me; but that the world may know that I love the Father, and as the Father gave Me commandments, even so I do. Arise, let us go from here,” (John 14:18-31; John 14:1-6; John 6:27-29)

“I am the resurrection, and the life; he who believes into Me shall live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes into Me shall never die. Do you believe this?” (John 11:25-26; John 14:21 ).(Jesus)
