The multitudinous arenas for manifestation had been prepared thruout the galaxy. While the members to constitute the Heavenly Hierarchy had been begotten at the required ‘wave-lengths’ and at the time pre-calculated and appointed by the FATHER. These elder spirits were now laboring with the SON to prepare the spheres for their detailed purpose in His PLAN, and getting groomed for their taking charge of lower life-waves in their due season.
Again the FATHER spoke (substantially): * “My SON: because in the tall intensity of your being you have walked in my ways, WE ARE ONE. Therefore, in blessing I will bless you, and perform thru you that which I vowed unto myself, that your seed shall multiply as the stars of heaven, and I will give unto your seed all these spheres; and in thy seed shall the lowest be blessed. Wherefore, take of the cosmic substance which has come thru our fire, and let thy Being come upon it for the barest primary cycle.. Then beget Your ‘children’ – that wave upon wave of virgin spirits shall come to life in the fatherhood pitch of your tone-drive. Let the waves thereof ascend before me thruout the myriad cycles, which I planned – lest we have labored in vain over the galaxy we prepared. For now our ‘cabinet’ is in process of maturing, whereby the power is ours to ultimately bring those virgin spirits to maturity and glory, without first planning and preparing the unfoldment-path for each individual entity. For, all requirements shall then be at our disposal for their eventual and mass-perfecting. In the meanwhile I shall see to the vibrational tempo and onward-course of the galaxy.”
Answering spoke the SON: “My FATHER: Your will be done.”
The dawning of this cycle was heightened JOY for FATHER and SON. Now the very universe would fill with life as waters swarm with fish. And their eventual perfection assured!
The SON’S corona deepened, for His pulse had quickened to the intensity of another nova-burst. But this time instead of one-two, there rose into conscious being one hundred ‘in the Father’s image.’ The next cycle was slightly shortened, but at its nova-burst arose one thousand. Closing the third and still shorter cycle, ten thousand virgin spirits waved before Him: every succeeding wave being ten times greater than the preceding one. This to the end that ‘the elder serve the younger’, each one becoming guide to ten younger ones on the following cycle-wave.
At the end of ten cycles, over one hundred billion virgins spirits had risen before the FATHER and SON.
