The Moment I Realized “IT’S FLAT”

One day the earth was round and spinning, the next day, it was flat and stationary.

One minute I was simply an accident – a result of “The Big Bang” (NOTHING INDEPENDENTLY BECAME EVERYTHING), and the next minute I was comfortably, snugly in the “home” that “Dad” built for us, His kids, to GROW UP – the desire of every normal parent, right…?

What a difference a day makes!!!

• This debate is the essence of contrast – flat vs round.
• The difference is stark – black vs white.
• The ideas both seem simple – matter of fact.
• Yielding astoundingly different results.
• With dramatic changes likely in almost every area of life.

Suddenly, I KNEW that the “GREAT DECEPTION” centered around this very simple truth – that the earth is flat. Our “controllers” immediately realized that since we do live in a building, it must be hidden, and/or marginalized, lest the masses find the BUILDER.

When it sunk in that the Flat Earth Cosmology would be the “gateway” to many new followers of the now well disguised “Man of Peace”, the carpenter from Nazareth – I knew I found my new “home”.

My best buddy from the 5th grade, Mike, had been telling me over the phone for several months “hey Russ, the earth is flat – check it out”. My response was “but Mike, when we were in outer space we would have photographed a flat pancake, instead of the round ball we see now”.

But then he didn’t correct me. He didn’t attempt to explain that we have never been to “outer space”, because we can’t get outside the dome, or firmament.

He was being very timid about it, which was so unlike Mike. Why would this subject make him strangely passive..?  Because Mike’s brother, whom he was living with at the time, had nearly KICKED HIM OUT, and threatened him if he EVER MENTIONED flat earth again!!!

Why such a radical reaction..? Because his brother makes his living by doing astral readings, and journey’s and all sorts of beliefs NOT in agreement with FE.. The flat earth cosmology would PUT HIM OUT OF BUSINESS OVERNIGHT!!

Fast forward a few months to the spring of 2017. Friday night, drinkin’ a few, hangin’ out with another buddy, comparing notes on “conspiracy research”… Suddenly I remembered Mike’s plea to me to “check out flat earth”, so I turned to youtube to see what we could find.

Those were the days before youtube gaming the algorithm for FE videos, so the first one up was excellent.. Truthful and accurate. It showed the dome, with sun and moon swirling around INSIDE A BUILDING – exactly as the Bible describes.

My immediate reaction was OH NO!!! (Mike was RIGHT!!!!! But now – how am I going to “live this down”)

My second reaction was YAY!!!!! THE BIBLE WAS RIGHT!!!

So I lifted my jaw off the table, put my body on it’s knees, and cried out “Father, I DO believe – please help me with my unbelief”…

I knew I had found a better way to understand our earth-home, and my place in it.

Sorry for being so long winded, but hey, each one of us has “our story” whether it be long or short.. “It is what it is”.  And each is important to our community identity.

Each one of us are a brick in this “flat earth wall”.
